Whale watching officially gets underway this week as Dolphin Fleet opens their 2026 season. (Hyannis Whale Watcher Cruises' opening day isn't until mid-May.)
Although it'll still be a little chilly on the water in April, the boats' cabins are climate controlled. So you'll be plenty comfy.
And whales don't mind the cold water temps. They'll be out there "putting on the feed bag" and showing off for you!
*FYI: Looking for a private whale watch charter? They're starting soon, too.
