During the winter months, the popular Orleans Farmers Market is held indoors.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a glass blower? Head to the Sandwich Glass Museum for your own up-close and personal encounter with working molten glass!
While the class is aimed at beginners with no prior experience, you can also have fun coming back to try new techniques.
*Note: The Glass Experience is suitable for persons aged 12 and up. Only 3 persons per class, and spots book up quickly. So reserve early to avoid disappointment.

One of the premier Cape Cod events of the winter season, this weekend kicks off on Friday with a 5Km Fun Run. Saturday features a pasta dinner party. Sunday is the big day for the Hyannis Marathon, Half Marathon and Marathon Team Relay.
The Race Expo, awards ceremonies and a post-race party round out the weekend's festivities.
When: March 1 & 8, 2026, film starts at 1:00 p.m.

Looking for something to do on a chilly Sunday afternoon? Head to the Salt Pond Visitors Center in Eastham for the Friends of the Cape Cod National Seashore's popular Winter Film Series.

Where: Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, South Wellfleet MA

Immerse yourselves in the enchanting sights and sounds of nature during this guided evening walk at the sanctuary. Look and listen for nocturnal wildlife as the sun sets over Cape Cod Bay and the full moon rises over the eastern tree line.
FYI: The total distance traveled on this walk is less than 1.5 miles and goes at a slow pace.

Gabriel V Brass Quintet performs "Dances in Brass", a concert that seeks to awaken attention, inspire imagination, and communicate the thrill of live music.

One of the most anticipated Cape Cod events in March, the St. Paddy's Day parade honors the Irish with the wearin' of the green and a 2 mile-long parade featuring floats, marching bands, beautiful Colleens, and plenty of parade trinkets and candy to go around!

Join instructor, Addie Vestal, in the historic Green Briar Jam Kitchen and make your own batch of yummy jam to take home and enjoy.
These workshops are a wonderful chance to learn how to make jams the way Ida Putnam did in this 100+ year-old kitchen.
All materials are provided, and participants take home four to six (8oz.) jars of finished product.

Celebrate the start of spring and support local agriculture at the “Meet Your Local Farmers” event sponsored by Harwich Conservation Trust and the Orleans Farmers' Market.
Up to 50 farms, farm-supporting organizations, and conservation groups will be on hand to answer questions and share their stories of the land. Plus, farmers will be selling their unique products and foods, so it’s a great opportunity to bring home some Cape-grown goodness!
Plus, enjoy jazz tunes performed by Wayne Naus and the Art Ensemble of Cape Cod!
