Question: We will be staying on Pleasant Lake Ave in Harwich for the week of 4th of July. Where would you suggest seeing a local town parade? I see just about every town has one. Thanks.
Dee's Reply: Hi Judy - You're right. There are lots of Independence Day parades on the Cape! We're a patriotic bunch around here, and we love a parade! ;-)
The nearest parade to you will be Chatham's. The Chatham parade is one of the longest-running Independence Day parades in the USA. It's a wonderful family-friendly event that epitomizes Small Town America!
